Powell & Partners are Prime Architects for programming and masterplanning of this project, and are responsible for 44,000 sq.ft. of new construction, consisting of a single story classroom building connected with covered walkways to a double story classroom building that also accommodates administration and library on the first floor, as well as 28,700 sq.ft. of new outdoor hardscape play area, new driveway, drop-off lane, and parking lot.
