Powell & Partners are Prime Architects for programming and master planning of this elementary school. This project consists of a new 44,000 sq. ft. classroom and administration building. This project also includes a new six-room child care center for the city of Hercules, a new five classroom kindergarten center and renovation of the existing Multi-purpose building. In addition new site work is also included in this project.
