The purpose of this project was to create a masterplan for a mixed use development on one of the largest still available parcels in Los Gatos. It included 6,484 residential units, 244,000 sq.ft. of medical office space, 670,540 sq.ft. of hotel space, and 177,342 sq.ft. of retail space.
